CAT
Cat has been a Master Reiki Practitioner for over 9 years. In this time, she has worked with both private clients and been affiliated with Alive & Well (Covent Garden, London) and Ibiza Yoga (Benirras, Ibiza.) Cat integrates guided counselling into her sessions on request.
Reiki - Universal Life Energy
Reiki is an ancient Japanese natural healing system. It is a gentle, yet profound, form of hands-on healing which works on the physical and emotional levels in tandem. This holistic system can be used to treat specific physical complaints, emotional distress or simply to restore balance, calm and a renewed sense of wellbeing and perspective.
Psychic/guided counselling
This can be used in combination with Reiki or as a stand-alone therapy. Guided by spirit, this form of counselling brings any problem, blockage or quandary gently into focus and, in so doing, helps steer the client toward happier heights and finding their life purpose.
