This walk combines fitness, stress reduction, and inner happiness all in one Bi-weekly on Thursdays from 10:30 to 1:pm in Roca Llisa

Walking on beautiful caminos, through fields of wild flowers, surrounded by fig, almond and pine trees...while using special Energy Wellness exercises & techniques to release stress & balance our vital energies
In a natural & fun way we will consciously strengthen body, mind and spirit
We will walk to the sea... take time for a special mindfulness/ healing meditation... allowing the fresh air to clear your lungs and nourish every cell of your body
There will also be time to share with each other.. or to just enjoy the beauty of the flowers... the scents of the herbs.... Everything will be flowing, soft and gentle
